I'm Kurt Gray. The business is named after me. When you book Graywater, you're booking a plumber whose family name is on the truck and on every job we walk away from.
We're a Northern Rivers team. We live here, we know the water here, and we don't cut corners. If something's not right, you call us and we fix it. That's our whole brand.

Is town water in the Northern Rivers actually that bad?
It meets the Australian Drinking Water Guidelines - so it's safe. But it still carries chlorine, sediment, and minerals that change the way water tastes, feels, and behaves in your home. Filtration handles what the council doesn't.
Will a filter lower my water pressure?
No, not noticeably. Whole-home filters are designed for full house flow.
Do I own the filter, or am I renting it from you?
You own it. Finance lets you spread the cost - but the equipment is yours, day one.
What about replacement filters?
Replacement cartridges typically run every 6-12 months. We'll tell you which ones to buy. Care+ plan customers get changeovers handled for them.
I'm renting. Can I still get a filter?
Yes - Tier 1 is the perfect renter option. Easy to remove when you move.
How long does the install take?
Tier 1: 1-2 hours. Tier 2: 3-4 hours. Tier 3: 5-6 hours.
Why not just buy a filter from Bunnings and DIY it?
You can. But you'll install it yourself, manage your own warranty, and chase replacement parts. We supply, install, register the warranty, and back our workmanship.
What if something breaks?
Manufacturer warranty (5-10 years typically) plus our workmanship guarantee. Call us. We fix it.

Is the finance application a hard credit check?
Usually soft at application stage. We'll confirm before you apply.
